HINTS
Use a carving board to avoid damage to blades and counter tops. As
with any sharp knife, the blades will scratch most surfaces.
When the meat contains a bone, cut right down to the bone, but do not
attempt to cut through it.
When slicing, gently guide the knife through the food. Excessive
sawing or pressure is unnecessary.
Do not use knife to cut frozen food packages or any other hard
surfaces.
